Games Then and Now is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delay that occurs after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Transfer of Liability

Once an order is accepted by the carrier and marked as Delivered, all responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. This includes deliveries made to:

• Doorsteps

• Apartment buildings

• Mailrooms

• Lobbies

• Parcel lockers

• Any location designated by the carrier

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are stolen, misdelivered, or missing after the carrier confirms delivery.

2. Stolen or Missing Packages

If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, the recipient is responsible for:

• Filing a stolen package report with the carrier

• Filing a police report, if required by the carrier

• Contacting building management or neighbors

• Providing any documentation needed for a carrier investigation

We will assist with documentation only if requested by the carrier, but we cannot file theft reports on behalf of the recipient.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

4. Carrier Delays

Games Then and Now is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather

• Carrier backlogs

• Incorrect scans

• Customs (for international orders)

• Any carrier‑related operational issues

Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries.
