Shipping Policy — Games Then and Now
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the service selected and the destination. The carrier used for your order will be shown on your tracking page.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once a package is scanned as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
This includes deliveries that are:

Left at your door

Left in a lobby or mailroom

Delivered to an apartment building

Delivered with photo confirmation
Games Then and Now is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier marks them as Delivered.
If your package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, please:

Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members

Verify the delivery photo (if provided by the carrier)

Contact the carrier directly to open a Missing Package / Stolen Package Claim

File a police report, if required by the carrier for theft claims
We will assist with documentation if the carrier requests information from the sender.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged item

Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility is based on our Return Policy. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
